It did not take long for all the Thanksgiving leftovers to disappear, and now the fridge looks so bare. The one thing I have left is cranberry relish. I thought about putting it in the freezer, but the freezer is pretty full after a summer and fall of putting food up, what to do?
I used my Topsy-Turvy Jam Cake recipe and substituted cranberry relish for the jam. Really good! Great for breakfast.
