Resistance was futile.  I have cast on for a pair of Zombie Socks(rav link).  The first page of the pattern lets me know that I am not the only one with kids who have made the Easter/Jesus/Zombie connection.  You have no idea how much better that makes me feel.

Here is the ribbing on the first sock, all done and ready for some ghoulish type stitches.

The color in the picture is pretty close to real life.  It is Fleece Artist, Olive.  I have always thought it looks kinda seaweedy and swampy.  Just the thing for a flesh eating monster.
