babouches complete

I began this project with some trepidation, the whole toe up thing.  In the end I learned something new and LOVE these slippers.  The construction is ingenious and I see myself making more.

They took under 2 ounces of yarn.  You could use yarn leftover from a shawl or spin up just a bit to make a pair.

I love those! Yeah, I'd be put off by the toe up thing too, but maybe with a small project it would be doable. You always find the best patterns!
