Saturday I returned home from a long day of college touring and was greeted with a box. I thought it was a box from Patons with my new project yarns so I ignored it. Later in the evening I prepared to open it up and was surprised to see the package was sent by my Grandma. It's so light. What can it be?
Fiber!
From Frabjous Fibers. This first braid is 8 ounces of BFL, colorway Moulin Rouge.
So pretty. Wait till you see what this braid is made from.
Also Frabjous Fibers, colorway Patina, superfine merino, cashmere, and silk!
I was and still am so surprised. No idea what I will make with them. I have them draped over a chair in my office and they make me smile. My Grandma is the BEST!
Wow!!

Those are so lovely. It will be fun seeing yarn develop from that fiber.

I can think of few things better than a gift of fiber from one's Grandma. Enjoy!

Your Grandma is excellent that is for sure. I can't wait to see them spun up. Patina is gorgeous.
