Last night I sat down to spin, and finished the first bobbin for March's handspun socks.
So pretty! Yes, I know it is not yet March, but I will still be spinning once the calendar flips. I did not intend to finish an entire bobbin, but I knew that if I did not spin all the fiber had been pre-drafted last night, I would have been compelled to finish it today. I have other fiber things that need my attention today. That Ennea deadline snuck right up on me.
After spinning, and finishing a really wonderful book, I flopped on the couch to work on Blue Beauty. Turns out I had to rip back a few inches because I forgot the pattern. I knit for a while longer only to realize I did not figure it out with this go either. Why did I not just look up the pattern? It seems I have lost control of "my" computer. I will save that rant for another day. The bottom line is that even after a lot of knitting, Blue Beauty looks just as it did that last time I took a picture.
It is pretty. Youngest Daughter has a long meeting this evening at the community college. I will bring this project along and hope to make some permanent progress.
Even with three computers in the house, it still seems that I can't always get to my computer (supposed to be the work computer).

That fiber is spinning up gorgeous. I hope you get back your computer soon so you can finish Blue Beauty.

I think in general February has slipped away far too fast for many of us. I can barely keep track of things at my end either!
