Remember last winter when I had a little obsession about crocheted stars, that led to crocheted trees that led to crocheted hearts? It is happening again, only this time it is coasters.
Flower Coasters. So perfect. A skein of Tahki Cotton Classic will make a facecloth and twoish coasters.
Saturday night I was awake with a sick kid, stumbled upon the Flower Coaster pattern and cast on immediately. BTW, when you being a crochet project do you cast on? Or is that a knitter thing?
One coaster led to two, and before I could say, "its after midnight", I was rummaging around looking for little leftover balls of cotton to make more.
I did and I will.
I love them!!
(Hook on?)

They are darling. These days I know the feeling - I'm halfway through with the scarf version of the Swirl Shawl. I keep casting on for 'just one more' hexagon.

I would say "hook up" but I'm, sometimes, naughty.

Isn't it funny how odd little projects ring our bell sometimes? For me it's decoupage. No idea why. Good for you for just going with it!
