Yesterday I put up 15 jars of Salsa Verde. Last year I did 8 jars and it was no where near enough. The recipe I use is from the book Put 'Em Up by Sherri Brooks. A fabulous book and the tastiest recipe I have found.
I wonder what other goodies I will find?
