This morning I plunked myself down on the couch and knit through the gusset of the second Time Lord sock.

I am so anxious to wear them!

Now that I am closing in on the finish line, it is time to think about the next pair of handspun socks.  The consensus was that the light blue was too light, it blended right in with the base grey.  For these socks I have spun the base color and am using leftovers from Fiddlehead Mittens for the bands of color. 

This is the base color, and 

these are my color pattern choices.  I need to pick two.  The top color is the light blue.  The other colors are darker than they appear on my monitor.  Which two would your chose?

Personally, I like the green and brown together, but my son would likely pick the blue and orange. So it depends who they are for really!

I like the two blues together . . . or maybe the light blue and red. But maybe I'm biased because they're my favourite colours.

Definitely the darker blue and I personally like the brown, but I love that combo together.

Yup, I'd vote for the green and brown too, but it's so literal for a mitten named Fiddlehead. Go with your intuition!
